Quarterly Meeting The second Quarterly Meeting of the M. E. Church for Friendship Circuit is to be held at the Ely School House in the town of Monroe, March 2d and 3d. DIED PAYN.-In the town of Preston, on the 20th of February, Mr. Frank W. PAYN, aged 25 years, 10 months and 20 days. The friends of the deceased have the heartfelt sympathies of this community in their sad bereavement. LEGAL NOTICES Order for Final Settlement State of Wisconsin, Adams County Court-In Probate In the matter of the estate of Anson Reeves, Dec'd. On reading and filing the petition of Thomas BLACK, administrator of the estate of Anson REEVES, deceased, representing that he has full administered upon said estate, and praying for the final settlement of his administration account thereof, and for assignment of the residue of said estate to the persons entitled thereto; It is ordered that a hearing be had before this court, at the Probate office in the village of Friendship, on the 15th day of April, 1878, at one o'clock P. M., for the examination and allowance of said account, and for the assignment of the residue of said estate to the persons entitled thereto. And it is further ordered that notice of said hearing be given to all persons interested, by publishing a copy of this order for three successive weeks, prior to said day of hearing, in the "Adams County Press," a weekly newspaper printed and published at Friendship in said county. BANKER, the above named plaintiff, and in favor of the above named defendants, I have levied upon all the right, title and interest which the said William S.
