State of Wisconsin, Adams County Court, in Probate
In the matter of the estate of George FRINK, deceased.
Notice is hereby given, that by virtue and in pursuance of an order of license made in said matter by said 
Court, on the 25th day of June, A. D. 1877, the undersigned administrator, will, on the 26th day of February, 
1878, at the hour of ten o'clock, A. M., at the store of George M. WITTER, in the town of Easton, in said 
county, offer for sale, at public vendue, the following described lands situated in the town of Easton, in 
said county, viz:  The west half of the north east quarter of section twenty six, in township number sixteen, 
range six east, containing eighty acres of land more or less.
Terms and conditions made known at the time and place of sale.

Order for Proof of Will
State of Wisconsin, Adams County Court-In Probate
In the matter of the last will and testament of Simeon ROGERS, deceased.
On reading and filing an instrument in writing, purporting to be the last will and testament of Simeon 
ROGERS, of the town of Monroe in the county of Adams, and State of Wisconsin and also the accompanying 
petition of Polly ROGERS, representing among other tings that said Simeon ROGERS died at said town of 
Monroe on the 24th day of February  A. D. 1876; that said instrument is the last will and testament of 
said deceased, and that the said petitioner is the executrix named in said will; and praying that said 
will be admitted to probate.
It is ordered, that proofs of said instrument be heard before this court, at the Probate office in the 
village of Friendship, in said county, on the 18th day of February, 1878, at 1 o'clock, P. M.
And it is further ordered that notice of the time and place of such hearing be given to all persons 
interested, by publishing a copy of this order for three weeks successively previous to said day of 
hearing.  In the Adams County press, a weekly newspaper printed and published at said village of Friendship.
