Clark was born December 15, 1914 in Strongs Prairie, to Christ and Anna Tolley. He was a World War II Veteran. Survivors include 5 brothers, 6 sisters and 2 step-daughters. He was preceded in death by his wife. Funeral services will be held at Trinity Lutheran church, Arkdale, with burial in the East Arkdale Cemetery.
