Congregational Convention of 1885

The Congregational Convention for the Lemonweir District met at this place
on Wednesday last. Owing to the heavy rainfall of the previous day some of
the delegates were rather late in reaching here, and probably the attendance
as a whole was considerably lessened. Of those present from abroad at this
writing (Wednesday evening) we have the names of:
