Mr. Johnson was born January 1, 1923 in Chicago, to Frank and Signe (Werhane) Johnson. He was married in Frieda Weber in 1962. He was a US Navy veteran. Survivors include his wife, two stepsons and a stepdaughter, two sisters and three brothers, and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother (Theodore) and a sister (Irene Novak). Funeral services were held at Arkdale Trinity Lutheran church in Arkdale. Burial will be in East Arkdale cemetery, and Roseberry's Funeral Home assisted with arrangements.
