Eva I Lewis Surnames: Lewis, Morgan Abstracted from the Adams County Times and Friendship Reporter, Wednesday April 8, 1992 Page4B (not the complete obit due to copyright restrictions) Eva Iretha Lewis, age 82, of Grand Marsh, died at Friendship Tuesday March 31, 1992. Eva was born April 12, 1909 in Grand Marsh, the daughter of James and Alice Morgan. She was a graduate of Westfield's High School and Normal (Teacher's Training) School. She married Andrew E Lewis August 22, 1933, and he preceded her in death October 24, 1984. Eva taught grade school at Coonville and Brooks. Survivors include two children; 4 grandchildren and one sister. Funeral services were held at the Grand Marsh Church of Christ (Congregational) Friday, April 3, 1992. Interment was in New Chester cemetery, and Roseberry Funeral Home assisted with arrangements.
