Elliott Surnames: Elliott, Huber, Kerbaugh, Ketchum, Quinn Abstracted from the Adams County Times and Friendship Reporter, Wednesday May 6, 1992 Page 4B (not the complete obit due to copyright restrictions) Ruth Huber Elliott, 93, of Beloit, died Friday, May 1, 1992 at Beloit. Ruth was born September 9, 1898 in Brooks (Adams county) to Edwin Adams and Mary (nee Kerbaugh) Huber. She attended Westfield high school, and married Jesse Guy Elliott March 19, 1927 in Milwaukee. He preceded her in death August 1, 1982. Survivors include eight children, 30 grandchildren, 44 great-grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Mary Ellen Elliott; two granddaughters; two brothers, Howard and Clifford Huber, and two sisters, Florence Ketchum and Lula Quinn. Funeral services were held Tuesday May 5, 1992 at Roseberry's Funeral Home in Friendship. Burial was in New Chester cemetery in the Town of New Chester.
