Theodore August Strand, 79, died Dec. 3, 1992 at Madison. 

Mr. Strand was born August 11, 1913 in the Adams County town of Strong's Prairie,
to Otis and Lottie Strand. He was married and divorced, and returned to Adams County
in 1981. 

Survivors include three sons and three daughters, one brother, two stepbrothers, four 
stepsisters; 18 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and four stepgreat-grandchildren. 
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Melvin and orin, and one stepsister, Gloria.

Services were held at Roseberry's Funeral Home, Friendship, and his ashes will be 
interred in East Arkdale cemetery.
