The following is a list of people who are no longer in the post due to death.

GARTH W. JAMES

Garth W. James was born July 21st, 1845, in New York City. He entered the service July 8th, 1862, as Private in Co. F, 44th Regt. Mass. Vol. Infy., and was discharged therefrom as Capt. of Co. C, 54th Regt. Mass Vol. Infy., Aug. 1st, 1865, by reason of disability. He was a charter member of E.B. Wolcott Post. He died Nov. 15th, 1883. He is buried on Lot 4, Block 1, Sec. 25, Forest Home Cemetery, Milwaukee. Source: History of the Wolcott GAR Post

WILLIAM L. PAVEY

William L. Pavey, a charter member of this Post was born in Oswego, N.Y., January 17th, 1834; enlisted in the volunteer service, April, 1861, in Co. C, 24th N.Y. Infantry, was discharged as 2d Lieutenant in October, 1861. He also served in the U.S. Navy. He died at New Orleans, La., February 17th, 1885. His remains were brought home and are buried on Lot 5, Block 68, Section 4, Forest Home Cemetery, Milwaukee, Wis. Source: History of the Wolcott GAR Post

SAMUEL C. MOWER

Samuel C. Mower was born in Boston, Mass, March 29th, 1842; enlisted in Co. K, 4th Wis. Infantry, March 28th, 1861, and was discharged as Captain of Co. K, 4th Wis. Cavalry, June 20th, 1866; became a member of this post December 12th, 1884. He died April 10th, 1885, and is buried on Lot 12, Block 14, Sec. 16, Forest Home Cemetery. THOMAS TIGHE

Thomas Tighe was born in Ireland. He entered th service as a private in Co. A, 24th Wis. Vol. Infantry, September 1st, 1862; was discharged as Sergeant in June, 1863. He died November 21st, 1885, aged 44 years. Is buried on the south one-half of Lot 27, Block 3, Calvary Cemetery, Milwaukee, Wis. Source: History of the Wolcott GAR Post

WILLIAM STANTON

William Stanton was a native of Kankakee, Ills., and was born September 11th, 1845. Entered the service as Private in Co. E, 38th Wis. Vols., February 1st 1863, and was discharged therefrom December, 1865. He was mustered into this Post February 13th, 1885. Died January 11th, 1886. GEORGE B. GOODWIN

George B. Goodwin was born at Dansville, N.Y., December 18th, 1834; entered the army in May, 1864, as Colonel of the 41st Wis. Vol. Infantry, and was discharged therefrom October, 1864. He died May 1st, 1886, and is buried on Lot 8, Block 7, Sec. 27, Forest Home Cemetery. Source: History of the Wolcott GAR Post

WILLIAM THORNDIKE

William Thorndike was born April 17th, 1835, in Beverly, Mass. Entered into service as Assistant Surgeon of the 34th Regt. Mass. Vol. Infantry, August 11th, 1862, and was discharged June 2d, 1885, as Surgeon of the 39th Regt. Mass. Infantry, on account of expiration of term of service. Died June 29, 1887. MORGAN RICHARDS

Morgan Richards, a native of Wales, born December 25th, 1843, entered the service July 10th, 1862, in Co. H. 2?th Regt. Wis Vol. Infantry, and was discharged August 2d, 1863, on account of disability. He died August 11th, 1887, and rests on Lot 8, Block 7, Sec. 4, Forest Home Cemetery, Milwaukee, Wis. HENRY KOEHLER

Henry Koehler was a native of Germany, enlisted in Co. K, 1st N.J. Vol. Infantry, May 21st, 1861, and was discharged therefrom January 30th, 1863, on account of disability. He became a member of this Post December 5th, 1883. Died February 7th, 1888, aged nearly 56 years. Buried on Lot 30, Block 11 Sec. B Forest Home Cemetery. Source: History of the Wolcott GAR Post

JOHN N. REGAN

John N. Regan, formerly Surgeon of Wolcott Post, was born in Ireland; entered the service as private in Co. D, 40th Regt. Wis Vol. Infantry, May 17th, 1864, and was discharged as Hospital Steward September 16th, 1864. He died October 14th, 1888, and is buried on south one-half Lot 479, Block 5, Calvary Cemetery, Milwaukee. Source: History of the Wolcott GAR Post

IRA M. NORTHRUP

Ira M. Northrup, a native of Madison County, N.Y. Born October 3d, 1841, entered the service August 9th, 1862, in Co. B, 157th N.Y. Infantry Vols., and was discharged July 19th, 1865. Died January 21st, 1889. Became a member of this Post January 17th, 1883. Rests on Lot 11, Block 42, Sec. 4, Forest Home Cemetery. Source: History of the Wolcott GAR Post

GEORGE D. SHERRUM

George D. Sherrum, was born in Ohio, enlisted September 4th, 1861, in Co. G, 13th Wis Infantry Vols, and served until November 19th, 1864. Mustered into the G.A.R. April 10th, 1885. Died January 10th, 1890. Buried Masonic Lots, Sec. 10, Forest Home Cemetery. Source: History of the Wolcott GAR Post

CHARLES W. FRISBIE

Charles W. Frisbie, a native of Buffalo, N.Y. Born May 21st, 1840, entered the service August 1st, 1862, in Co. A, 28th Wis Infantry Vols. was appointed Hospital Steward and discharged August 23d, 1865. Died January 15th, 1890. Rest in Cemetery at Hartland, Waukesha Co. Wis. CONSTANTINE A. AUGUSTUS

Constantine A. Augustus, a native of Portugal, was born November 16th, 1841. Entered the U.S. naval service, June 10th, 1862 and served until December 14th 1862. SANFORD J. WILLIAMS

Sanford J. Williams was born in the State of New York. entered the service August 15th, 1862, in Co. B, 24th Wis Infantry Vols. Lost a leg at the battle of Stone River, was discharged July 19th, 1863. Died May 21st, 1890. Buried on Lot 3, Block 18, Sec. 19, Forest Home Cemetery. Source: History of the Wolcott GAR Post

CHARLES P. HUNTINGTON

Charles P. Huntington, a native of Connecticut, enlisted as Private in Co. F., 24th Wis. Vol. Infantry, August 6th, 1862, afterwards Major of the 1st U.S. Engineers. Mustered out of service October 24th, 1865. Was a charter member of this Post, being number two on the roll. He took great interest in the order and his remains were escorted to their resting place by the Post. He died September 9th, 1890, and is buried on Lot 8, Block 10, Sec. 34, Forest Home Cemetery. A.H. SOLLAU

A.H. Sollau was born at Canal Fulton, Ohio, September 10th, 1844. Enlisted November 21st, 1861, in Co. K, 76th Ohio Vol. Infantry, and served therein until December 19th, 1864. Was mustered into Wolcott Post early in 1882, as its fifty-third member. He died January 14th, 1892, after a long illness, and is buried on Masonic Lots, Sec. 10, Forest Home Cemetery.
