Mrs. Andrew B. OLSON died Saturday, June 8, at her home near Arkdale, after several years of poor health due to anemia and other complications. In spite of these conditions, however, she continued to attend to her household duties until three or four days before her death.

Caroline OVERBOE was born November 27, 1874 in the Town of Strongs Prairie, where her entire life has been spent. She was married May 19, 1895, to Andrew B. OLSON, who survives her. No children were born to this union but one adopted daughter, Mrs. Hans PETERSON, with her family have shared the home now saddenned by death. Other surviving relatives are three sisters, and one brother: Mrs. Nate ANDERSON of Wisconsin Rapids, Mrs. Ole THOMPSON and Mrs. Alfred ERICKSON of Arkdale, and Chris OVERBOE of Arkdale.

The deceased was a member of the Methodist Episcopal Church. Her funeral was held at the Lutheran church in Arkdale and conducted by Rev. T. Saetveit, a previous service in the home having been conducted by Rev. Schollert of Minneapolis. Interment was in the cemetery east of Arkdale, belonging to the Lutheran church.Back to East Arkdale Cemetery
