Notice is hereby given, that a meeting of the Board of Managers of the Adams County Agricultural Society and Mechanics' Institute will be heald at the courthouse in the Village of Friendship on Tuesday the 23rd day of May, 1871 at 2 o'clock, to establish the amount of premiums to be awarded in each department for the ensuing year; to appoint committees for each department, and to fix the time and place for holding the next Annual Fair of said Society. The committee appointed to locate said Fair have not received satisfactory bids. The following are the names and officers of the society, directors and their township of representation:
