The County Board of Supervisors met at the court house, in the village of Friendship, at two o'clock p.m., August 2nd 1871, under a call issued by the County Clerk according to Chapter 479, Private and Local Laws of Wisconsin, for 1871.

Hon. A. Rood, Chairman of the County Board of Supervisors for 1870, called the meeting to order. Roll of members read by the Clerk. A Chairman from each of the following named towns was present:
