Friendship Wisconsin, Nov. 11, 1890. The County Board of Supervisors of the County of Adams, State of Wisconsin, met in Annual Session at the Court House in the village of Friendship, at 2 o'clock p.m. November 11th, A. D. 1890. John M. Graham, Chairman of the Board of 1889, was present and called the Board to order. The clerk called the roll and the members present answered to their names as follows.
