William Nelson died at his home in Strongs Prairie, on March 4th, aged about 27 years.
Deceased was the fourth child of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Nelson, and had been suffering for the past two years with rheumatism and tuberculosis. During that time he had been in a sanitarium in Michigan, and had travelled in the south in hopes of regaining his health all of which was of no avail.
He was a young man of strong Christian character, well known and esteemed by the people of his town, who most deeply sympathize with the family in his untimely demise.
Funeral services were conducted at the home and in the United Lutheran church on March 9th, by Rev. Hagen of Strongs Prairie, who spoke in Norwegian, and Rev. Deans of this place, who spoke in English.
The sorrowing parents and relatives have the sympathy of all in their bereavement.
